About A Nagraj Ji
Shri Agrahar Nagraj Sarman, born in 1920 in Agrahar village, Karnataka, embarked on a profound spiritual quest from a young age, driven by his curiosity and dissatisfaction with traditional teachings. Despite lacking formal education, his relentless pursuit of truth led him to undertake rigorous sadhana in the remote forests of Amarkantak, Madhya Pradesh, eventually culminating in the attainment of Samadhi and profound realization of life’s fundamental truths. In 1975, Nagraj ji articulated his insights into a new philosophy called Madhyasth Darshan, transcending conventional religious and philosophical boundaries. Rejecting materialism and idealism, his philosophy advocates for consciousness-based education, humane conduct, and the recognition of universal goodness in every human being. Recognizing the universal significance of his discoveries, Nagraj ji dedicated himself to disseminating his teachings through the Jeevan Vidya program, emphasizing knowledge and the pursuit of the Universal Good over monetary gain or hierarchy. Throughout his life, Nagraj ji exemplified humility and selflessness, supporting his family and numerous others through agriculture, dairy, and medicine. His legacy as a visionary philosopher and educator continues to inspire seekers of truth, guiding them towards a deeper understanding of existence, self, and the essence of humanity.
